The quickest way to get help with a ride is from the app, where we can see the trip you're asking about.

Emergency? Call 911 first. During a trip, the Emergency button in the app calls 911 and alerts our safety team.

Open the trip in the app and choose "Get help with this trip". Your request and our replies appear under Support in the app.

For anything else, riders and drivers can email us.
